try the retro/vintage shops around brick lane- i cant remeber the names of all of them but there are quite a few one called beyond retro springs to mind- you will definitely find some in there. hope this helps x

Camden market or carnaby street if no luck go to chinatown The Chinese brought silk to us all ..the world that is…!..

China town is a good answer.
another mkt to try is Spitafields (near Liverpool St – Sundays).
Otherwise, if you want bigger – Tie Rack and in fact John Lewis sells long thin ones that crumple up small and aren’t too pricey (for silk)
