Your best bet would be to contact dance instructors/studios in the area London/South East. Most ME instructors have direct contacts of suppliers or may even sell accessories like hip scarves. At almost every dance class or showcase I have attended, someone was selling hip scarves since they are basics for ME dance and the prices are generally reasonable.
